Arrange a confidential sexual-health or clinician assessment and testing promptly. Symptoms alone cannot identify the cause, and many infections cause no symptoms. Fever, severe lower-abdominal or pelvic pain, or sudden severe testicular pain or swelling needs same-day urgent care.
